One of the great things about getting out in the motorhome is getting a spot with a great view for sunset or sunrise. These are hard to come by but whenever we get the chance to set up in a place with a view, we grab it.
This was the view through our front window at Fidalgo Bay. The water was about 15 feet in front of us when the tide was in. we’ve had a similar view at salmon Point Resort near Campbell River on Vancouver Island. We would have gone there this year but the cost of travelling over on the ferry is pretty expensive for a short stay. If we would have been able to stay away for at least two weeks we would have gone to Salmon Point, but Sue could not get that much time off from her new job.
