OUR HARO STREET RENOVATION
We sold our house in Calgary in August 2010 and decided to move back to Vancouver and live in the apartment we purchased in 2008. Of course we were used to fairly "new" accomodations and a bit more room. But we figured we could give up the space of a 2,200 square foot home in sub zero temperatures for a smaller space in a much nicer environment. The reno took us just over 5 weeks and we basically gutted the apartment and started from scratch. Amazing what 40K will do in a small space. If we had to spend that kind of money in a larger space we would have never got the results we wanted.
